What Do I Do If Subscribed Messages Based on the HTTP Fail to Be Sent

What Do I Do If Subscribed Messages Based on the HTTP Fail to Be Sent

Symptom

  • After choosing System > System Settings > Northbound Integration from the main menu, clicking Local System Settings in the navigation tree on the left, and modifying IP address, I find that subscribed messages based on the HTTP are not sent to the third-party system.
  • After choosing System > System Settings > System Integration Settings from the main menu, clicking Third-party System Settings in the navigation tree on the left, and modifying the IP address of the third-party system of the HTTP, I find that subscribed messages based on the HTTP are not sent to the third-party system.

Possible Causes

After related information is modified, the thread for sending subscribed messages based on the HTTP stops and messages fail to be sent.

Procedure

Invoke the corresponding service interface again. For example, if the third-party system cannot receive alarm messages after IP address in Local System Settings is modified, the third-party system needs to invoke the alarm subscription interface again: /rest/openapi/notification/common/alarm.
