Configure Digital Certificates

HTTPS is used to invoke Open APIs, and therefore certificates are required during HTTPS connection establishment. The default certificate path is eSight installation path/AppBase/etc/certificate/application/node/nodeKeyStore.jks.

  1. eSight provides temporary certificates, and enterprise customers must generate certificates themselves and replace the temporary certificates.
  2. Ensure that the certificate password is the same as the value of the configuration item keystorePass in the ros.xml file. The certificate path is the same as the value of the configuration item keystorefilePath in the ros.xml file. For details about the configuration method, see Table 3-1.
  3. SSL versions supported by HTTPS include SSLv2Hello, TLSv1.1, TLSv1.2, and TLSv1.

By default, TLSv1.1 and TLSv1.2 are supported. If SSLv2Hello or TLSv1 is required, add <property name="ssl.protocol" value="SSLv2Hello;TLSv1;TLSv1.1;TLSv1.2"/> to eSight installation directory/AppBase/etc/oms.ros/ros.xml and restart eSight.
