Answer

An error may occur in the disk file system when an exception exists in the Windows operating system. You need to examine each disk and rectify the fault.

1. Stop eSight.
2. Click Computer and perform the following operations to examine each disk and rectify the fault.
   1. Right-click a disk and choose Properties > Tools.
   2. Click Check under Error checking.
   3. Rectify the fault as prompted. During this process, you may need to restart the Windows operating system.
3. Start and log in to eSight to check whether basic services, such as resources, alarms, and performance work properly.
4. Store the disk scan and recovery logs for later analysis.
   1. Choose Start > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer.
   2. Expand Windows Logs.
   3. Right-click Application and choose Filter Current Log....
   4. Set Event sources to Chkdsk and click OK.
   5. In the Actions window in the right pane, choose Save Filtered Log File As... and store the logs in a local directory.
