Operating System Requirements
eSight allows customers to prepare Windows operating system by themselves. In this case, the customers need to check the network scale and physical machine software and hardware configurations as required to ensure normal eSight installation.
Ensure that the items listed in the following table satisfy the requirements. Otherwise, eSight may fail to be installed, deployed, and operated.

Disk partition |

Time zone and time |
The time and time zone of the active and standby servers must be the same. For details, see "Common Operations and Configuration > Configuring the Server Information > Changing the eSight Server Time" in the Maintenance Guide. |
Firewall |
The firewall must be disabled. For details, see Turning Off the Windows Operating System Firewall. |
