- Choose Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel window, click Clock, Language, and Region.
- Choose .
- Click the Administrative tab and Change system locale.
- In the Region Settings window, select Chinese (Simplified, China).
- Click OK to set a non-Unicode program language.
- Restart the server, then reinstall eSight.
If the eSight shortcut icon on the desktop is displayed as garbled characters, delete the eSight shortcut icon after uninstalling eSight.
