After successful eSight installation, the drop-down list box of Resource Management does not contain the Terminal Resources option.
Answer
The Terminal Resources option will be available only when the following conditions are met:
- You have selected the terminal access management component when installing eSight.
- During the installation, you have selected the terminal access management component for installation. Before importing the license, you need to pay attention to the restrictions on authorization. The license must support more than 40 NEs. The terminal access management function is supported in all versions other than the compact version.
