What Do I Do if Functions Are Unavailable After Incremental eSight IT Component Installation
Question
In the SUSE Linux or Red Hat environment, IT components are not installed during the first eSight deployment. After the IT components are installed in incremental installation mode, users cannot access IT component pages or perform operations after eSight is started.

- Stop eSight.
- Check whether the current environment is an incremental installation scenario of eSight servers and storage components. If yes, perform the following operations:
Log in to the eSight server as the ossuser user, go to the "eSight\AppBase\var\iemp\osgi_log\org.eclipse.core.runtime" directory, and delete all files in the directory.
In an HA system, you need to perform this operation on both the active and standby servers.
- Start eSight.
