Exporting the Address Book
- On the web interface, choose Address Book > Address Book
- Click Export from Local Address Book in the lower right corner to export the local address book of the endpoint.
After you export the address book file from an endpoint, do not modify the file before importing it to the address book editor. Otherwise, the import may fail.
For the address book file that you want to import into a 48X endpoint, set Export character set to Local when exporting it. If the import destination is a non-48X endpoint, set Export character set to International, as shown in Figure 4-1.
