Understanding Menu Items on the User Interface

This section describes the main menu screen of the user interface.

Power on the endpoint and its connected display. You will see the screen shown in Figure 1-3.

  • On the main menu, press the button on the remote control, switch to , and press the button on the remote control to access the Call screen.

    This screen provides four options: Conference Schedules, Cloud Hall, Call, and Call History.

  • On the main menu screen, you can go between System Settings, AirPresence, Call, Camera and Do Not Disturb using the arrow buttons or click wheel.
    • By default, the user interface has an empty administrator password. In this case, you can directly access any module of the user interface.
    • If you have specified an administrator password, the user interface will ask you to enter it when you attempt to access the System Settings screen.
