To ensure that your endpoint runs properly, check its alarms regularly.


Periodically check whether the endpoint has alarms. If it has alarms, follow the instructions described in the TE10 Videoconferencing Endpoint V600R019C00 Alarm Handling to clear them, ensuring that the endpoint runs properly.


To check alarms on the endpoint, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the endpoint web interface as the administrator.
  2. Check whether there are alarm notification messages on the web interface.
  3. Find the handling suggestions for alarms in the TE10 Videoconferencing Endpoint V600R019C00 Alarm Handling by alarm ID and clear the alarms accordingly.
