System Status

System Status

System status information helps you maintain your endpoint.

Choose Maintenance > System Status. On the System Status page that is displayed, you can check:
  • Line status: includes the IPv4 IP address, IPv6 IP address, network interface mode, WLAN IP address, information about whether GK is enabled, H.323 site number, information about whether SIP is enabled, SIP site number, running duration, ACS server connection status, and cloud platform type.
  • Call status: includes the conference number (or the IP address, number, or name of the remote site), line rate, video resolution, video rate (frame rate), presentation resolution, presentation rate (frame rate), audio rate, video packet loss rate (dropped packets), presentation packet loss rate (dropped packets), audio packet loss rate (dropped packets), video jitter, audio jitter, presentation jitter, delay, conference participating duration, and presentation token. The call status is displayed only when your endpoint is in a conference.
  • Conference parameters: includes the call bandwidth, video protocol, video bandwidth (frame rate), audio protocol, audio bandwidth, presentation protocol, presentation bandwidth (frame rate), remote number, SRTP encryption, conference number for video access, conference number for audio access, and password for conference authentication. The conference parameters are displayed only when your endpoint is in a conference.
  • Input port status: includes the video information about the built-in camera and USB port, as well as the AirPresence connection status.
