Viewing Mapping View Information

Viewing Mapping View Information

This operation enables you to view the basic information about all the mapping views on a storage system.

Prerequisites

At least one mapping view has been created on the storage system.

Procedure

  1. Choose Provisioning > Mapping View.
  2. View the information about mapping views.

Table 5-31 describes the related parameters.

    ID

    ID of a snapshot.

    NOTE:

This parameter is not displayed by default. You can click and select this parameter.

    [Example]

    2

    Host LUN ID

ID that a storage system assigns to a snapshot's source LUN mapped to a host.

    NOTE:

This ID can be modified manually.

    [Value Range]

    0 to 4095

    [Example]

    2

    Health Status

Health status of a snapshot. The possible values can be Normal, Write protected, and Fault.
