Viewing Disk Domain Information

This operation enables you to view disk domain information.


A disk domain has been created.


  1. Choose Provisioning > Disk Domain.
  2. View disk domain information in the upper area.

    Table 5-4 describes the related parameters.

    Health Status

    Health status of a disk domain.



    Running Status

    Running status of a disk domain.



    Disk Type

    Type of disks in a disk domain.



    Encryption Type

    Whether a disk domain is a standard or self-encrypting domain


    Standard disk domain

    Total Capacity

    Total capacity of a disk domain.


    20.000 TB

    Allocated Capacity

    Allocated capacity of a disk domain.


    12.000 TB

    Free Capacity

    Free capacity of a disk domain.


    6.000 TB

    Hot Spare Capacity

    Hot spare capacity of a disk domain.


    2.000 TB

    Wear Leveling Status

    Wear degree of disks.


    Wear leveling

    Anti-Wear Leveling Disk ID

    If the wear degree of any disk is high, the system enters the anti-wear leveling mode, and the ID of the disk with the highest wear degree is displayed.



    Owning Controller Enclosure (Controller)

    Owning engine of a disk domain.


    CTE0 (0A,0B)


    You can click in the upper right part of the function pane and set the parameters to be displayed.

  3. In the lower area, view the capacity, owning storage pool, and disk information about a disk domain.
