This document is applicable to OceanStor Dorado3000 V3, Dorado5000 V3, Dorado6000 V3 and Dorado18000 V3. Based on the CLI provided by the DeviceManager, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functions and how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

show remote_device link

Function

The show remote_device link command is used to query the information on existing links to the storage system.

Format

show remote_device link [ link_type=? [ link_id=? ] | remote_device_id=? ]

Parameters

link_type=?

Type of a link.

The value can be:

  • "FC": The remote device and the local device connect to each other through Fibre Channel links.
  • "iSCSI": The remote device and the local device connect to each other through iSCSI links.

link_id=?

ID of a link.

To obtain the value, run "show remote_device link" without parameters.

remote_device_id=?

ID of a remote device.

To obtain the value, run "show remote_device general".

Usage Guidelines

  • To query the information on existing links to the storage system, run "show remote_device link".
  • To query the information on a specific link, run "show remote_device link link_type=? link_id=?".
  • To query the information on existing links to a specific remote device, run "show remote_device link remote_device_id=?".

  • Query the information on a link, where the type of the link is "FC" and the ID of the remote device is "0".
