This document is applicable to OceanStor Dorado3000 V3, Dorado5000 V3, Dorado6000 V3 and Dorado18000 V3. Based on the CLI provided by the DeviceManager, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functions and how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

change snapshot_schedule enabled


The change snapshot_schedule enabled command is used to enable or disable a timing snapshot schedule.


change snapshot_schedule enabled schedule_id_list=? enabled=?






ID list of timing snapshot schedules.

  • To obtain the value, run "show snapshot_schedule general".
  • You can enable or disable multiple timing snapshot schedule IDs separated by commas (,) or an ID range using hyphens (-), such as: 1,5-8.


Whether to enable or disable a timing snapshot schedule.

The value can be:

  • "yes": enables a timing snapshot schedule.
  • "no": disables a timing snapshot schedule.



Usage Guidelines

Before performing the operation, confirm that the schedule ID is correct and exits.


  • Enable snapshot schedule "3".
    admin:/>change snapshot_schedule enabled schedule_id_list=3 enabled=yes 
    Change snapshot_schedule enabled 3 successfully.
  • Disable snapshot schedule "1".
    admin:/>change snapshot_schedule enabled schedule_id_list=1 enabled=no 
    Warning: You are about to stop the timing snapshot schedule. 
    This operation will stop generating snapshots based on the policy. 
    Suggestion: Before performing this operation, ensure that timing snapshots do not need to be generated. 
    Have you read warning message carefully?(y/n)y 
    Are you sure you really want to perform the operation?(y/n)y 
    Change snapshot_schedule disabled 1 successfully.
