Viewing Server Details

Viewing Server Details

This section describes how to view a server's details.


Only super administrators, administrators, and system viewers can view system server information.


  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose Cluster > Hardware.
  3. In the function pane, click the name of the server that you want to view.

    The Server Details page is displayed.

  4. View the server's details.

    Table 3-4 describes related parameters.

    Indicates a server name.


    Indicates a server's health status.

    Server Model

    Indicates a server model.


    Indicates the cabinet where a server resides.

    Slot Number

    Indicates the ID of the slot where a server resides.

    Storage IP Address

    Indicates the storage IP address of a server.


    Indicates information about ports on the server.


    If a port is displayed in red, the port is faulty.


    Indicates information about disks on the server. You can click a disk icon to view the disk details.

    • If a disk is displayed in red, the disk is faulty.
    • If a disk is displayed in orange, the disk is subhealthy.

    The disk details includes: Name, Drive, SN, Slot, Type, Status, Degree of Wear, Running Duration (Day).

    SSD card&NVMe SSD

    Indicates information about NVMe SSDs on the server. You can click the icon of an NVMe SSD to view its details.

    • If a disk is displayed in red, the disk is faulty.
    • If a disk is displayed in orange, the disk is subhealthy.
    • Before removing an NVMe SSD in any of slots 80 to 103 or 124 to 127, click Logically Power Off. Remove the NVMe SSD only after it is logically powered off.
