Description

When the database cluster of the EEM fails, this alarm is generated.

Impact on the System

When the database cluster fails, the EEM is unavailable.

Possible Causes

A network exception occurs. As a result, the shared disk is unavailable and the database becomes faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the network between the EEM cluster and database cluster is normal.

    • If so, collect the alarm information and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
    • If not, go to 2.

  2. Contact the network administrator and rectify network faults. After the network recovers, check whether services of the database cluster are restored.

    • If so, the process is ended.
    • If not, collect the alarm information and contact Huawei technical support personnel.

Clearing

The alarm must be cleared manually.
