Possible Causes

The DCP connects to more than 50,000 devices.

Procedure

  1. Check whether all DCP nodes in the cluster work properly.

    • If so, add DCP nodes.
    • If not, restart DCP nodes. If the fault persists, proceed to the next step.

  2. Collect alarm information and contact Huawei technical support personnel.

Clearing

The alarm needs to be cleared manually.
