The DCC periodically detects the battery status. This alarm is generated when the DCC detects that the battery power is lower than the threshold.

Impact on the System

When a device is disconnected from external power and no battery is available, data is lost, and events during the power-off period of the device are not recorded.

Possible Causes

  • The DCC's battery has insufficient power.
  • The DCC's battery is absent.


  1. Check whether the DCC's battery is absent.

    • If so, install a battery.
    • If not, go to 2.

  2. Check whether the DCC's battery has sufficient power.

    • If so, collect the alarm processing information and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
    • If not, replace the battery.


The system automatically clears the alarm after the fault is rectified.
