EEM_1110000119 The ESN of the Trial License Is Not Matched
Description
When the system detects that the license file on the EEM does not match the network adapter of the EEM server or the license is invalid, this alarm is generated.
Impact on the System
When the license is invalid, the EEM provides the default validity period of 60 days. EEM functions are available during this period. After the validity period is reached, EEM functions become unavailable.
Procedure
- Contact the administrator to apply for a license file.
- Choose License Information page and click Get ESN to obtain the Equipment Serial Number (ESN). to access the

- Revoke the license.
- On the License Information page, click Revoke License.
- In the Confirm dialog box, click Yes to revoke the license.
- Import the requested license file into the EEM.
- On the License Information page, click Upload.
- On the Select License File page, click Browser next to File Path.
- In the dialog box that is displayed, select the requested license file and click Open.
- Click Confirm to import the license file into the EEM.
- Click Apply to immediately apply for the new license file.
- Wait for 5 minutes and check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If so, the process is ended.
- If not, go to 5.
- Collect alarm information and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
