Description

When the event function is enabled and the meter_cfg.db2 file is lost or damaged, the alarm is generated.

Impact on the System

  • The profile backup file is normal and some profile information may be lost.
  • The profile backup file is damaged and all profile information is lost.

Possible Causes

  • The flash memory is damaged.
  • The file is damaged.
  • Manual operations cause file damage.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the hardware is damaged.
    • If so, replace the hardware device.
    • If not, go to 2.
  2. Deliver device profile information to the DCU again.

    • For the EEM architecture in Mode2 scenarios, the procedure is as follows:
      1. Log in to the EEM as the administrator.
      2. Choose Resource > Profile > Device Management to access the Device Management page and create a device profile again.
      3. Click right at the top of the page. The My To-Do page is displayed.
      4. Choose Create Work Order > Install to access the Install page. Create a device installation work order, commission the device, and deliver device profile information to the DCU.
    • For the EEM architecture in Mode1 scenarios, the procedure is as follows:
      1. Log in to the third-party application system.
      2. Save device information to the database, and create a device profile.
      3. Log in to the EEM as the administrator.
      4. Click right at the top of the page. The My To-Do page is displayed.
      5. Choose Create Work Order > Install to access the Install page. Create a device installation work order, commission the device, and deliver device profile information to the DCU.

  3. If the fault persists, collect alarm information and contact Huawei technical support personnel.

Clearing

The alarm needs to be cleared manually.
