EEM_103104619 The Device Online Statistics Module Does Not Perform the Dumping Operation

Description

When information about the device online statistics module in the database meets dumping conditions, the EEM automatically dumps the earliest device online statistics to the specified path. When the EEM detects that device online statistics in the database meet dumping conditions and dumping operations are not performed, this alarm is generated.

Impact on the System

Much information about the device online statistics module is stored in the database. As a result, when device online statistics are queried on the Device online statistics page, the response is slow and there is a delay.

Possible Causes

The disk usage of the database server reaches the configured threshold (default value of 80%) and the disk space is insufficient.

Procedure

  1. Check and delete unnecessary files in the disk of the database server.
  2. Check and clear the recycle bin.
  3. The EEM periodically dumps alarms. When the subsequent dumping time is reached, check whether there are successfully dumped alarms in the alarm list of the EEM.
    1. Start the EEM, enter the user name and password, and click Go to log in to the EEM.
    2. Choose Monitoring > Alarm > Current Alarm to access the Current Alarm page.
    3. Check whether there are successfully dumped alarms in the alarm list of the EEM.

      • If so, the process is ended.
      • If not, increase the disk space of the database server.

  4. If the fault persists, collect the alarm and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.

Clearing

The alarm must be cleared manually.
