Enabling Monitoring on the Web UI

This function involves personal privacy. Ensure that its use complies with local laws and regulations.

To ensure conference security and protect conference privacy, this function is disabled by default and can be enabled on the Touch.

Enabling Monitoring on the Web UI

To enable monitoring on the web UI:

On the Touch, go to Settings > Advanced Settings and enable Monitoring on Web UI.

Taking Pictures

After the web monitoring function is enabled, you can view local and remote video and presentations and take pictures on the web interface.

  1. On the web interface, choose Device Control > Device Control > Video Control.
  2. Select the source you want capture and click Capture.
  3. On the page that is displayed, right-click the picture.
  4. From the shortcut menu, choose Save Picture As to save the picture.
