Performing Intelligent Diagnostics

On the Touch, you can use the intelligent diagnostics function to check the status of hardware running, network connection, audio input/output, video input/output, common parameter setting, and server registration, to help users locate faults.


If the hardware running status, network connection status, server registration status, audio input/output status, or video input/output status is abnormal, the icon is displayed. If common parameter settings are incorrect, the icon is displayed. To avoid communication exceptions, you are advised to use the endpoint after rectifying faults detected in intelligent diagnostics. The icon indicates that no fault is detected.


To perform intelligent diagnostics on the Touch, do as follows:

On the Touch, go to More > System Diagnostics and tap Diagnose.
