    Date format

Specifies the format in which the date is displayed.

    The default value is YYYY/MM/DD.

    Enable NTP

Specifies whether to automatically synchronize system time with a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server at an interval of 300 seconds.

    NOTE:

If you set this parameter to Enable NTP, you must also set NTP server address.

    The default value is Disable.

    NTP server address

Specifies the NTP server IP address or domain name.

No default value is set for this parameter.

Set this parameter to the IP address or domain name of the actually deployed NTP server.

    NTP address type

Specifies the mode for your endpoint to obtain the NTP server IP address.

    • Auto: Your endpoint automatically obtains the NTP server IP address.
    • Manual: You must manually set the NTP server IP address.

This parameter is available only when Connection type is set to Dynamic IP.

    NOTE:
For details about how to set Connection type, see Setting LAN Parameters.

    The default value is Manual.

    System time

Specifies the time set on the system.

Set the system time to your local time to ensure appropriate use of system functions, such as joining conferences on time and recording accurate event occurrence time in logs.

    Power Management

    Shut Down/Restart

Specifies whether to display Shut Down and Restart under Settings > Power on the interactive whiteboard (IWB) when the endpoint enables the collaboration function and connects to an IWB.
    NOTE:
To enable the collaboration function, choose System SettingsGUI DisplayGUI and set Collaboration to Enable.

    The default value is Enable.

    Enter Sleep Mode

Specifies the period after which the endpoint enters sleep mode if you do not perform any operations.

If you set this parameter to Never, the endpoint will never automatically enter sleep mode.

The default value is 10 min.

    Wake-on-LAN

Specifies whether you can remotely wake up the endpoint from sleep mode by sending WOL messages.

    The default value is Disable.

    Wakeup by Face Detection

Specifies whether the endpoint wakes up when the built-in camera detects faces one minute after the endpoint enters the sleep mode.

    The default value is Disable.

    Auto restart

Specifies whether to enable the automatic restart function. After this function is enabled, the endpoint automatically restarts at 02:00 a.m. at the interval specified by Auto restart interval (days). The endpoint does not restart if it is in a conference, being upgraded, or performing diagnosis or inspection, content is projected, or an application is running on the whiteboard.

    The default value is Disable.

    Auto restart interval (days)

This parameter is available when Auto restart is set to Enable.

Specifies the automatic restart interval of the endpoint.

    The default value is 1.

The value ranges from 1 to 30.

    Cleanup during sleep

Specifies whether to enable the clearing function for the endpoint in sleep mode. After this function is enabled, the whiteboard content, annotations, and applications are automatically cleared when the endpoint is in sleep mode.

    The default value is Disable.
