A message is displayed to indicate that your endpoint failed to connect to the Internet or failed to download images.

The latest patches of the operating system or Internet Explorer are not installed.

Install the latest patches of the operating system and Internet Explorer.

The security level of Internet Explorer is too high, or the IP address of your endpoint has not been added to the list of trusted sites.

  1. From the Internet Explorer menu bar, choose Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab, Trusted sites, and then Sites.
  3. In the Add this website to the zone text box, enter the IP address of your endpoint. Then click Add and Close.
  4. Click OK.
Button text is not displayed completely.

Internet Explorer is set to ignore font styles specified on web pages. Therefore, the font specified by your endpoint is not recognized.

  1. From the Internet Explorer menu bar, choose Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Under Appearance on the General tab, click Accessibility.
  3. In the displayed dialog box, deselect all options.
  4. Click OK.

Using Internet Explorer 11, the endpoint web interface failed to import files or licenses.

The new version of Internet Explorer is not compatible with the old version.

  1. From the Internet Explorer 11 menu bar, choose > Compatibility View Settings.
  2. In the Add this website area, enter the IP address of your endpoint. Then click Add.
  3. Select Display intranet sites in Compatibility View and Use Microsoft compatibility lists.
  4. Click Close.

The web page is not displayed properly, or you are logged out unexpectedly.

When you use a browser to access a web page, the downloaded file is saved on the computer to prevent the file from being downloaded again each time you access the website. If the code of the website is updated, the browser may use both the old code and new code. As a result, the web page is not displayed properly, or you are logged out unexpectedly.

Clear the browser cache. For example, to clear the cache of Internet Explorer 11, the procedure is as follows:
  1. From the Internet Explorer menu bar, choose Tools > Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab page, click Delete.
  3. In the dialog box that is displayed, select the items to be cleared and click Delete.
  4. Restart the browser, access the web page, and log in.
