Checking System Status

System status information helps you maintain your endpoint.

Choose Maintenance > System Status. On the System Status page that is displayed, you can check:
  • Line status: includes the working mode, IPv4 address, and IPv6 address of the WLAN network port, H.323 registration status and H.323 site number, SIP registration status and SIP site number, runtime, ACS connection status, and cloud platform type.
  • Call status: (available after an endpoint joins a conference) includes the conference number (or the IP address, number, or name of the remote site), line rate, video resolution, video rate (frame rate), presentation resolution, presentation rate (frame rate), audio rate, video packet loss rate, presentation packet loss rate, audio packet loss rate, video jitter, audio jitter, presentation jitter, delay, conference participating duration, and presentation token. The call status is displayed only when your endpoint is in a conference.
    If the endpoint joins a multistreaming conference, the audio quality, presentation quality, video sending quality, and video receiving quality information is displayed on the call status page, including the site name, protocol, resolution, bit rate, frame rate, packet loss rate, delay, and jitter.
  • Conference parameters: (available after an endpoint joins a conference) includes the call bandwidth, video protocol, video bandwidth (frame rate), audio protocol, audio bandwidth, presentation protocol, presentation bandwidth (frame rate), remote number, media stream encryption, conference number for video access, conference number for audio access, and password for conference authentication. The conference parameters are displayed only when your endpoint is in a conference.
  • Input interface status: includes the audio/video input port, USB port, and AirPresence connection status.
  • Output port status: includes the connection status of the audio and video output ports.
