Post-Startup Checklist

  • Before performing a post-startup check, ensure that the circuit breakers of all power modules are off.
  • The normal DC input voltage ranges from -38 V DC to -72 V DC.
  • The normal AC input voltage ranges from 90 V AC to 275 V AC.

The following table provides the post-startup checklist.

AC power module

RUN

Green

Operation indicator. If this indicator is steady on, the power module is running properly.

ALARM

Yellow

Alarm indicator.

  • If this indicator is blinking, the communication is interrupted.
  • If this indicator is steady on, a fault such as input overvoltage, undervoltage, or overcurrent, has occurred.

FAULT

Red

Fault indicator. If this indicator is steady on, an unrecoverable fault, such as a fan failure, no output, or short circuit, has occurred.

DC power module

RUN

Green

If this indicator is steady on, the power module is running properly.

ALM

Red

Alarm indicator. If the indicator is steady on,

  • Lighting protection circuit of the PEM is faulty.
  • No power is input.

Fan module

STATUS

Green

If the indicator blinks once every second (1 Hz), the fan is working properly.

Red

If the indicator is steady on, the fan module is faulty.

MPU

RUN

Green

If the indicator blinks once every two seconds (0.5 Hz), the MPU is working properly. If the indicator blinks twice each second (2 Hz), the MPU is in the alarm state.

ALM

Red

If the indicator is off, the MPU is working properly. If the indicator is steady on, an alarm has been generated.

LPU

RUN

Green

If the indicator blinks every 2 seconds (0.5 Hz), the LPU is running properly.

LINK/ACT

Green

  • If the indicator is off, the link is Down.
  • If the indicator is steady on, the link is Up.
  • If the indicator is blinking, data is being transmitted.
