Never install power cables when the power is on.


The maximum power consumption of a fully configured NE40E-X3 is 1100 W.

AC Power Distribution Design

This section lists the AC power module specifications, cable specifications, and current parameters of each circuit breaker and each power line for the PDF.

A PDF or power distribution cabinet should be placed near the NE40E-X3.

To protect power supplies of different levels, it is recommended that the current of the circuit breaker on the user side be greater than or equal to that of the power module circuit breaker (10 A).

For optimal configuration, it is recommended that each DC power line provide a minimum of 10 A current.

Installing AC Power Cables

  1. Attach labels to both ends of each power cable.
  2. Route power cables along the cable ladder and the cable tray to the chassis.
  3. Install an AC power cable fastener on the AC power module, as shown in 1 in Figure 13-26.
  4. Insert the AC power cable in the receptacle on the AC power module and close the cable fastener around the plug, as shown in 2 and 3 in Figure 13-26.
  5. Use cable ties to bundle and secure the cables to the cable tray.
  6. Attach permanent labels 20 mm (0.79 in.) from both ends of each power cable of the cabinet.
