Power-on Check Flowchart

  • Before a power-on check, ensure that the 12 circuit breakers are set to Off and the input voltage is within the correct range.
  • The voltage range of AC power distribution is from 180 V AC to 264 V AC (single-phase) or from 304 V AC to 457 V AC (three-phase).

  • If the indicator blinks red once every 250 ms (4 Hz), a hardware fault occurs, and the communication is abnormal.
  • If the indicator blinks red once every 2 seconds (0.5 Hz), a hardware fault occurs, but the communication is normal.
  • If the indicator blinks green once every 250 ms (4 Hz), no hardware fault occurs, but the communication is abnormal.
  • If the indicator blinks green once every 2 seconds (0.5 Hz), no hardware fault occurs, and the communication is normal.

INPUTA

  • If the indicator is steady on, channel A supplies power.
  • If the indicator is off, channel A does not supply power.

INPUTB

  • If the indicator is steady on, channel B supplies power.
  • If the indicator is off, channel B does not supply power.

DMU
