MIB Loading

MIB Loading

When MIB files are loaded, the MIB files that need to be imported must be loaded first.

MIB files can be loaded individually or in batches. The following takes MG-SOFT MIB Browser as an example to describe MIB file loading.

Loading a Single MIB File

  1. Open MG-SOFT MIB Browser. In the MG-SOFT MIB Browser window that is displayed, click the Run MG-SOFT MIB Compiler icon, as shown in Figure 1-4.

  2. In the MG-SOFT MIB Compiler window that is displayed, click Compile MIB file, as shown in Figure 1-5.

  3. Select the MIB file to be loaded, as shown in Figure 1-6.

  4. Load the MIB file.

    Click Open to load the selected file. The following information is displayed after the MIB is loaded, as shown in Figure 1-7

  5. Save the MIB file that is loaded successfully. The MIB file is saved to the default path, as shown in Figure 1-8.

Loading MIB Files in Batches

  1. Open MG-SOFT MIB Browser. In the MG-SOFT MIB Browser window that is displayed, click the Run MG-SOFT MIB Compiler icon, as shown in Figure 1-9.

  2. In the MG-SOFT MIB Compiler window that is displayed, click Compile multiple MIB files, as shown in Figure 1-10.

  3. Select MIB files to be loaded, as shown in Figure 1-11.

  4. Load the MIB files.

    Select the folder where the MIB files to be loaded are stored and click OK.

    The MIB files are loaded in batches.

  5. Save the MIB files that are loaded successfully. The MIB files are saved to the default path.
