Holding a Call
You can end, hold, or resume a call on the web interface.
Before using this function, ensure that the versions of your SMC2.0 and MCU are both V500R002C00 or later.
- When the endpoint is used in a point-to-point conference and Multipoint call mode is set to Multipoint converge, you can answer, end, hold, and resume calls.

Answer the incoming call, and change a point-to-point conference into a multipoint one to communicate with multiple sites at the same time. |
Reject |
Reject the incoming call and continue with the current point-to-point conference. |
Accept & Hold Active |
Answer the incoming call and place the current point-to-point conference on hold.
NOTE:
After you perform this operation and choose , you can perform any of the following operations:
You can click Merge Calls to change a point-to-point conference into a multipoint one. |
Accept & End Active |
Answer the incoming call and end the current point-to-point conference. |
Ignore |
Ignore the incoming call and close the call handling dialog box. |

Place the site in the point-to-point conference on hold and make a new call.

Change a point-to-point conference into a multipoint one, and add sites that are newly called and added to this multipoint conference. |
Cancel |
Cancel the call operations for other sites. |
