Initiating a Conference
You can define multiple sites on your endpoint and call these sites at the same time to initiate a multipoint conference. During the multipoint conference, all the sites can hear and view each other.
Your endpoint supports multiple access points for initiating a conference from the predefined conference page, conference history, or address book screen.
The conferencing capability of the endpoint's built-in MCU is determined by the license. To view the capability information, choose

On your endpoint, you can create a conference on the predefined conference page and initiate it from this page. - Initiating a Conference from the Conference History Page
The conference history contains the records of conferences your endpoint initiated or attended and sites your endpoint placed calls to or received calls from. You can select a record from the conference history to initiate a new conference. - Initiating a Conference from the Address Book Page
From the address book on your endpoint, you can select sites to initiate a conference. - Scheduling a Conference
On your endpoint, you can schedule a conference to hold at specific time.
