Setting a Site Name
On the endpoint, you can specify a name and display effects for your site.
Procedure
- Choose .
- Set the site name parameters listed in Table 3-2.

Site name
Specifies the site name you want to be superimposed on the video of your site when it displays to other sites.
When your site joins a multipoint conference, this site name is displayed in the site list.
The default value is site.
Color
Specifies the color in which the site name is displayed.
The default color is white.
Bold
Specifies whether the site name is displayed in bold.
The default value is No.
Display duration
Specifies the duration to display the site name.
The default value is Always display.
Position of site name
Specifies the site name's position on the video.
The default value is Lower right corner.
Font size
Specifies the font size for the site name display.
The default value is Medium.
Font Type
Specifies the font type of captions.
Settings of this parameter take effect only when the language of the remote control UI is set to simplified Chinese.
NOTE:To set the language of the remote control UI, choose .The default value is Elegant black.
Background color
Specifies the background color for the site name display.

Transparency
Specifies the transparency for the site name display.
The default value is Fully transparent.
Display time and zone
If this parameter is enabled, the time zone and time of your site is superimposed on your site's video, and the video is sent to remote sites.
NOTE:The time zone and time are not superimposed on the video displayed at your site.The default value is Disable.
Display date
If you set Display date to Enable, the conference date will be superimposed on the local video and sent to remote sites.NOTE:The conference date will not be displayed on the local video.
The default value is Disable.
Horizontal offset
Fine-tunes the site name's position left or right on the local video.
Value range: 0-96.
The default value is 48.
Vertical offset
Fine-tunes the site name's position up or down on the local video.
Value range: 0-96.
The default value is 48.
- Click Save.
The settings take effect immediately.
