Downloading Touch Panel Logs
You can download trace log files of the touch panel from the endpoint web interface.
Prerequisites
The touch panel has been connected to the endpoint.
Procedure
- Choose .
The Installation page is displayed.
- Click Download logs of touch panel.
- In the prompt box of the web browser, click Save to download log files to your computer.
