Content Sharing

You can use the AirPresence PC client, AirPresence mobile client or AirPresence Key to share content in a conference. When a remote participant is sharing content, you can also start sharing. Then the remote sharing will stop. A maximum of three users can be connected to an endpoint at the same time.


The AirPresence client has two models: AirPresence PC client, installed on computers; AirPresence mobile client, installed on mobile devices.

  • The AirPresence PC client runs on Windows PCs and Macs.

The AirPresence mobile client is a wireless projection client running on Android and iOS mobile devices.

The AirPresence clients have the following features:

  • All of them can connect to the endpoint over Wi-Fi or an IP network.
  • You can enter the projection code on the AirPresence mobile client to connect it to the endpoint.
  • The AirPresence mobile client supports document, picture, and screen sharing.
  • The AirPresence PC client support desktop sharing, including documents and pictures.

AirPresence Key

The AirPresence Key shown in Figure 5-7 is a wireless content sharing device.

Connect the AirPresence Key to the USB port on the endpoint to pair them over Wi-Fi. After the pairing is complete, connect the AirPresence Key to the USB port on your PC, and then press the button on the AirPresence Key to start sharing the PC desktop.
