Verifying the Configuration of a VPWS to Access the Public Network or an L3VPN

Verifying the Configuration of a VPWS to Access the Public Network or an L3VPN

After configuring a VPWS to access the public network or L3VPN, check the binding relationship between VE interfaces and the VE-Group, and information about the VPWS.

Procedure

  • Run the display virtual-ethernet ve-group [ ve-group-id | slot slot-id ] command to check the binding relationship between VE interfaces and the VE-Group.
  • Run the display mpls l2vc [ vc-id | brief | interface interface-type interface-number | remote-info [ vc-id ] | state { down | up } ] command to check information about a Martini VPWS.
  • Run the display vll ccc [ ccc-name | type local ] command to check the status of the local CCC.
  • Run the display mpls l2vpn connection l2vpn-name [ remote-ce remote-ce-id | down | up | verbose ] command to check BGP VPWS connection information.

Example

Run the display virtual-ethernet ve-group command. The command output shows information about the VE interfaces in a VE-Group.

<HUAWEI> display virtual-ethernet ve-group
 Ve-groupID TerminateVE AccessVE
 1 Virtual-Ethernet0/2/0 Virtual-Ethernet0/2/1
Total 1, 1 printed

Run the display mpls l2vc command. The command output shows that VC State is up and Client Interface is a VE interface.

<HUAWEI> display mpls l2vc
