Collecting Logs of the Videoconferencing Endpoint(Through the eSight)

  1. Log in to eSight and choose Resource > Collaboration > Terminal Device Management > Terminal Resource.
  2. On the Terminal Resource page, select the TE soft client, click, and choose Log Export, as shown in Figure 22-3.


    The icon of the TE soft client that does not support log collection is dimmed.

  3. After the log file is successfully exported, click to download the log file to a local directory, as shown in Figure 22-4.
