Collecting CDRs

The call detail records (CDRs) can be output to a third-party billing system for billing or used as backups. The MCU processes the CDRs at 00:00 each day, using the following policies:

  • Delete CDRs that have been saved for more than 14 days.
  • Move the CDRs that have been saved for 8 to 14 days to the FTP server.
  • If the MCU cannot connect to the FTP server, the MCU deletes the CDRs directly.

You can export the CDRs to XML files.

  1. Log in to the MCU web interface.
  2. Choose Settings > Maintenance.
  3. Click the Export tab.
  4. Click Export All CDRs.
