Collecting SC Operation Logs and Device Logs

The system checks and updates system logs each hour. The system saves only the latest 500,000 system logs.

Collecting Operation Logs

  1. Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface, choose Devices > SC, and click an SC in the SC list to enter the SC details page.

  2. Click the Logs tab and select Operation logs.

  3. Select the start date and end date within which a fault may occur and click Export Logs.

Collecting Device Logs

  1. Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface, choose Devices > SC, and click an SC in the SC list to enter the SC details page.
  2. Click the Logs tab and select Device logs.

  3. Select the start date and end date within which a fault may occur, select the log type and log level, and click Export Logs.
