Collecting System Logs

The system checks and updates system logs each hour. The system saves only the latest 500,000 system logs.

  1. Step 1 Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface and choose System > Logs, as shown in Figure 16-1.

  2. Click the Debug logs tab and click Export Logs.

  3. Select the start date and end date within which a fault may occur and click Export Logs.

Collecting Debug Logs

The system saves only the latest 500,000 debug logs or debug logs that are generated in the recent 24 hours.

  1. Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface and choose System > Logs.
  2. Click the Debug logs tab and click Export Logs.

  3. Select the start time and end time within which a fault may occur, set Record Name, and click Save.

    NOTE:

    The Record Name parameter specifies the exported log file name. Exported logs are stored on the server.

  4. Select the exported log file and click Download.
