The TE WebClient does not support online upload of CHRs. You need to manually upload CHRs to the SessionInsight to view CHRs online. For other NEs, you can directly view CHRs online. For details about how to view CHRs of the TE WebClient, see Viewing CHRs of the TE WebClient in Offline Mode. For details about how to view CHRs of other NEs online, follow the operations in this section.


  1. Log in to the SessionInsight as an administrator user.
  2. Open the CHR query page, as shown in Figure 5-1.

  3. Set conditions for querying CHRs, as shown in Figure 5-2.

    View the query result in the Query Result area.

  4. Collect CHRs (using the MCU as an example).


    Subscriber privacy data, including IMPU, IMEI, IMSI, MSISDN, forwarded-to numbers and IP addresses, is also collected during CHR collection. You can choose to export either anonymized or non-anonymized data. You cannot export the non-anonymized data if you do not have the corresponding permission. You must comply with local laws or the enterprise privacy policies and take proper measures to fully protect privacy data. Any related operations must be authorized by customers. Any operations beyond the customer approved scope are forbidden. After the service is complete, involved personal data must be permanently deleted under the supervision of the customer. In security-sensitive markets, it is prohibited to transfer privacy data out of the customer network without authorization.

    • Export the CHR query result, as shown in Figure 5-3.
