Disabling TLS1.0

Disabling TLS1.0

To maximize network interworking, the MCU supports TLS1.0 by default.

If all interworking NEs support versions later than TLS1.0, it is recommended that TLS1.0 be disabled for the MCU. Configure the MCU to interwork with other NEs using TLS1.1 or TLS1.2.

  1. Log in to the MCU using PuTTY.
  2. At the <HUAWEI VP9650> prompt, enter system-view enable-tls1.0 0 and press Enter.
  3. At the <HUAWEI VP9650> prompt, enter save and press Enter.

    The following information is displayed:

are you sure to save config?(y/n)

  4. Enter y and press Enter.
  5. At the <HUAWEI VP9650> prompt, enter reboot and press Enter to restart the MCU.
