Default USM-EUA administrator account that has the SOAP and LDAP interface access rights.

1. Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface.
2. Choose Devices > Corporate Directory Servers.

   Set required corporate directory server parameters and access the Corporate Directory Servers page.

3. Click the Other Settings tab.

   You will see the Reset SMC Password and Reset TMS Password buttons.

4. Click Reset SMC Password or Reset TMS Password.

   Enter the correct parameters.

5. Click Confirm.

Account used by the Cisco TMS endpoint to synchronize the USM-EUA.

The account has the LDAP interface access rights.

VTS

Account that is used for VTS authentication to ensure normal communication between the USM-EUA and VTS.

The account has the SOAP interface access rights.

1. Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface.
2. Choose Devices > Corporate Directory Servers.

   Set required corporate directory server parameters and access the Corporate Directory Servers page.

3. Click the Other Settings tab.

   You will see the Reset VTS access password buttons.

4. Click Reset VTS access password.

   Enter the correct parameters.

5. Click Confirm.
