With the upgrade of network technologies, communication technology (CT) products are transiting from professional high-end applications to affordable applications in enterprises and industries and gradually turning to be a part of IT infrastructure. In this situation, the next-generation information and communications technology (ICT) comes into being.

In the technical and application transformations, higher requirements are posed on better communication experience, collaboration among multiple communication capabilities, easy integration of various service systems, and low-cost cloud-based deployment.

Nowadays, enterprises face the following challenges when using ICT to promote business development:
