Web-based Service Provisioning Fault

Web-based Service Provisioning Fault

Service provisioning fails on uPortal pages.

For example, recording rights fail to be configured, and the system prompts you to check the file server configuration.

Figure 9-25 Failed to configure recording rights

Possible Causes

The configuration is incorrect.

Troubleshooting Method

Check the configuration as prompted.

  1. If there is specific error description about the service provisioning fault, check the configuration as prompted.

For example, check the file server configuration as prompted for a recording rights configuration failure.

  2. If there is no specific error description, collect error logs and check the logs for the specific cause.

Log in to the HUAWEI Operation & Maintenance System and run the GET LOG command under the USM NE by setting the log type to run log. After the command is executed, use the HUAWEI Operation & Maintenance System to download log files. For details, see the command reference. Focus on the log files for the PMU.
