Exceeded Authorized Values During Service Provisioning

Exceeded Authorized Values During Service Provisioning

When you perform service provisioning for a resource item on the uPortal, a message is displayed indicating that the resource item exceeds the authorized value.

For example, when you create numbers, the number quantity exceeds the authorized value.

Figure 9-27 Message indicating that the number quantity exceeds the authorized value

Possible Causes

The license file is not loaded or license resources are insufficient.

Troubleshooting Method

Verify that the resource item does not exceed the limit based on the organization to which the resource item belongs.

  1. Check whether the license file is loaded. If no, obtain and upload the license file.
  2. Check whether the existing resource item is close to the limit specified in the license. If the license does not meet the current requirements, apply for a license file that supports more resources and loads the license file.
