Users Cannot Join Conferences Because Plug-in Download Fails

Symptom

In the EC3.0 environment, when a user clicks a web link in the eMP conference list to join a conference, a message is displayed instructing the user to download the plug-in. After the user clicks the button for downloading the plug-in, the page is empty, and plug-in download fails.

Possible Causes

The browser does not load or fails to load the CAB plug-in, leading to conference joining failure.

Procedure

1. Check whether the download directory exists.

File path: /home/empuser/emp/app/com.huawei.emp.app.meeting.ui-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/download/

2. If the directory is missing, create it.
