Incomplete Display of Contents on a WebUI Page(VmwareVirtualization)

Symptom

  • The WebUI page does not display all contents. For example, figures are not displayed or functional bars are not completely displayed, as shown in Figure 5-1 and Figure 5-2.

  • The language of the WebUI is inconsistent with the environment language. Chinese and English characters are displayed together, as shown in Figure 5-3.

Possible Causes

The temporary files of Microsoft Internet explorer are not cleared.

Fault Diagnosis

Check whether temporary files of Microsoft Internet explorer are cleared.

Procedure

    Clear temporary Internet files

    1. Open the Internet Explorer, and choose Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box is displayed, as shown in Figure 5-4.

    2. In the Temporary Internet files area, click Delete Cookies. The Delete Cookies dialog box is displayed, as shown in Figure 5-5. Click OK to delete the cookies.

    3. In the Temporary Internet files area, click Delete Files. The Delete Files dialog box as shown in Figure 5-6 is displayed. Click OK to delete the files in the temporary folder of the Internet Explorer.

    Log in to the system through the WebUI

    1. Log in to the system through the WebUI, http://IP address, and then check whether the login page is displayed properly.

      • Yes: No further action is required.
      • No: Contact Huawei technical support engineers to rectify the fault.
