Common Users Are Not Allowed to Log In to the eMP

Symptom

The EC3.0 solution is deployed in a networking mode other than the Web+VC cascading network. When a common user logs in to the eMP web interface, the system displays a message indicating that there is a system exception and asks you to contact the system administrator.

Possible Cause

The eMP is not connected to the BMU.

Solution

Log in to the eMP web interface as the administrator, choose System Management >Parameter Configuration, set BMU connection parameters, and test the connection. Ensure that the connection is successful.
